There are no refunds unless the product is returned as is to the mailing address above. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The item and a receipt must be provided in order for a refund to be granted. There are no cash refunds.
Damaged Goods:
If any item is damaged during delivery it must be taken to the shipper ( USPS or UPS). The report must be filed by YOU . The receipt and a copy of the report must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the item in order to receive a refund or have the item replaced.
